City of London Cemetery
The City of London Cemetery is a Grade I historical site and is one of the largest municipal cemeteries in Europe. It was also the first cemetery to be awarded the Green Flag Award, the national standard for parks and green spaces in England and Wales. You’ll see 120+ species of tree growing in the various green spaces making itan arboretum. This cemetery has many different routes available as there are approximately 11 kilometres of easy pathway. The paths and roads are perfect for parents with3 or 4 wheel buggies.Knighton Wood
Knighton Wood was the private garden of naturalist Edward Buxton from 1863 to 1928. It’s an excellent walk for people that are into gardening and green spaces.
This walk is approximately 1 kilometre with plenty of seats and beautiful spots to stop and enjoy the sound of birds singing. It’s an easy walk and perfect for 3 or 4 wheel buggies. It’s a great place to run through or simply take a Sunday afternoon stroll. Expect to see many exotic species of tree and shrub including bamboo plants!.
Wanstead Park
Most of the time, Wanstead Park is just one more part of Epping Forest. In spring the Park transforms with Bluebells carpeting the woodland areas. The path through the park is pram friendly and will accommodate all types of prams as it’s flat. There’s a great Kiosk that sells snacks, drinks and other assortments that are homemade.St James's Park
St. James Park is comprised of a number of buggy friendly paths and is definitely rated as an easy buggy walk in London. There are gentle graded slopes and the path is smooth, made of tarmac. The park is suitable for all types of buggy as it hasmany types of terrain.
Expect to see many different types of bird in the pond including pelicans! There are kiosks in the park for food and drink and a cafe called ‘Inn The Park’, which is nice is a nice segway for a refreshing beverage. Public toilets are available at this park in case of asurprise poonami.
Kensingston Gardens
Kensingston Gardens was originally part of Hyde Park and is an easy buggy walk in London. You will find two children's playgrounds including the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Playground. There is a cafe near the Memorial Playground, baby changing facilities and disabled toilets. The terrain is tarmac, which is suitable for buggies and wheelchairs.The Regent's Park
The Regent's park includes rose gardens with over 30,000 plants in its expansive 400 acre lot. You can hire boats at the southern end of the lake during summer to get a closer look at the different types of bird life. On the north east edge of the park is a children's play area.
