Order replacement parts for a Promenade stroller. The order process was easy and the parts arrived quickly. Unfortunately I didn't order the correct parts and submitted a Customer Support ticket July 15 for assistance in correctly identifying the needed parts. No response to date and the phone number provided for support directs you to the website. Would love to have a path to talk with someone to help identify parts for purchase.
