SUPPORT - dash stroller - hinge & latch covers (2011)
Consistent with our unwavering commitment to safety, we are making available to all affected consumers a free set of easy-fit hinge & latch covers for our discontinued Dash stroller. This is in response to 2 reports of adult users catching a finger in the main hinge of a dash.
All strollers are designed to fold, and so have moving parts. Whilst the Dash stroller has long since been discontinued, when we can act to rectify an issue, we do.
This does not apply to any of phil&teds' other strollers - these have different hinge mechanisms.
Safety is our first priority and through this voluntary effort we urge consumers to immediately obtain and fit the free kit which may be ordered via the online order form .
